Camp runs through August 4, 2017
Camp days are Monday-Friday, from 8:30 am to 3 pm;
(aftercare available until 4 pm @ $10/day)

Refund Policy:

Most of our staff is hired and supplies are ordered and paid for by May. When a family cancels or changes, it costs the camp. We need to order new supplies, review our team availability, update the master schedule, and notify our pre-scheduled team members. We too have given our commitment to our staff and want to be able to honor our original promise to them. With this in mind, we have worked hard to create a balanced refund policy that takes both the needs of our families, and the needs of the camp, into consideration.   

Should you withdraw your child from camp prior to April 23rd, then you will receive your deposit or full tuition less a $50.00 administrative fee for each child per week.
 
After April 23rd, the following policies will apply:

75% refund until May 8th.
50% refund until May 22nd.
No refunds on or after June 5th.
