New Student Enrollment Application
for Nursery through Grade 12
 

Thank you for your interest in Highland Hall Waldorf School.  

To apply, please submit the online application form below.  There is a non-refundable application fee of $125 for each applicant that will be billed to your credit card. 

First grade applicants must be six years old by May 1 of the year of entry.

In addition to submitting your application, you must also complete the following forms: 

1. Early Childhood Questionnaire (for Nursery & Kindergarten only)
2. Teacher Recommendation Form (grades 2-12)
3. Request for Transcripts (grades 2-12)
4. Student Application (grades 4-12)
